She was predeceased by: her parent William R. Webb Sr.; her former husband Anthony Nelson; and her sons, Larry Michael Mohler, Shawn Robert Mohler and Anthony Troy Nelson.
She is survived by: her parent Lucy Glenaman Webb Miller; her daughter Stephanie Sigler (Gary) of Rushville; her siblings, Rick Webb (Donna) of Logan, Ray Webb (Mary) of Laurelville, Brent Webb (Margie) of Logan and Betty Tolliver of Frazeysburg; and her granddaughter Kirsten Proctor (Cody) of Logan. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
