It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Brooks (Logan, Ohio), born in Athens, Ohio, who passed away on July 31, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ronald Brooks to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his sisters, Mary Shover of Glouster, Donna Heskett (Steve) of Nelsonville, Ruth Moody (Rick) of Lancaster, Libby Nelson of Nelsonville and Cindy Moody (Jeff) of North Carolina; and his brothers-in-law, Glenn Shover and Tim Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Brooks; his children, Rhonda Dixon (Joe) of Glouster and Thomas Brooks of Logan; his grandchildren, Jody Bryan (Aaron) of The Plains, Michael Dixon of Glouster and Douglas Dixon of Glouster; and his friend Ralph Robson of Murray City. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donation be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
