He is survived by : his parents, Regina Fannin (Bowen) of New London and Brian Fannin of New London; his son Shawn Fannin; his sister Lena Fannin (Drew) of Mansfield; his nieces and nephews, Clayton Thompson, Braylon Thompson and Ariona Fannin; and his grandparents, Roma Bowen of Spencer and Wayne Bowen of Sullivan.
