He is survived by : his wife Janice Spurgeon; his children, Kathy O'Rock (Tom), Jeanne Bock (Phillip), Nicki Duey (Kevon), Rochelle Smith (Shane), Terrisa McCoy (David) and Sarah Long (Dave); his brothers, David Spurgeon (Joyce) and James Spurgeon (Judy); and his sisters-in-law, Charlotte Miller (Jerry), Donna Conrad and Julia Canaday (William). He is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 2 stepgrandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 3 step-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
