She was predeceased by : her father Ellis; and her brother Danny. She is survived by : her mother Faye Lakes; her husband David; her sons, Jeremy Fields (Nina Ricah) and Jesse Fields (Adrienne); her siblings, Lynda Woodward, Les Lakes, Amy Glenn (Mike), Pamela Markland (Tom Hart) and Bob Lakes (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Declan, Gracin, Easton and Liam. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
