He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mini Black. He is survived by: his children, Mehziah, Ziyrie Dolin and Aazeion Perkins-Phillips; his sister Joyveblessing Lopez; his grandparent Jimmie Black; his aunt Lourdess Fletcher; and his uncle Jimmie Black III. He is also survived by her three children.
