He is survived by: his wife Sherry Luckage Carothers; his siblings, Bernard Carothers Jr. of Cary, N. C., Donald Carothers of Youngstown, Donna Hover of Austintown and Frannie Gomez; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Luckage Jr. of Austintown, Rex Luckage (Debra) of North Jackson and Eric Luckage (Nydia) of Columbus. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
