We bid farewell to Charlotte Elizabeth (McClure) Phillips of Loudonville, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 13, 2025 at the age of 87. Charlotte Elizabeth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McClure and Grace McClure (Rice); her husband Kenneth H. Phillips Jr.; her brothers, Ed McClure (Donita) and Benjamin McClure; her brother-in-law Don Morrow; and her parents-in-law, Ken Phillips Sr. and Beulah Phillips (Wachtel).
She is survived by: her children, Laurie Berger (Jeff) of Aurora and Ken Phillips III of Loudonville; her grandchildren, Ken Phillips IV (Kelly) of Camp Lejeune, NC, Kyle Phillips (Brittani) of Applecreek, Casey Phillips of Wooster, Jared Berger (Erin) of Avon Lake, Adam Berger (Emily) of Cuyahoga Falls and Paige Berger of Cleveland; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Emma Phillips, Oaklynn, Kinsley, Kennedy and Kaisyn Phillips; her siblings, Fred McClure (Nancy), John McClure (Diana), Frank McClure (Hollie), Jim McClure, Betty Morrow and Jane McClure (Mike Stoccardo); her siblings-in-law, Dot and Keith Greene; and her son Garden.
