She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest C Neff and Hazel L Neff; her husband Philip N Lutz of Jeromesville; her daughter Cynthia Boyd; her parents-in-law, Robert and Flo Lutz; and her siblings, Robert, James, Dorothy Frazier and Ernestine Neff.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Grady (Wayne) of Hamilton, OH, Corrine Rothfus (Ray) of Des Moines, IA and Debbie Bayley (Richard) of Colorado Springs, CO; her son-in-law David Boyd (Jane) of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Daniel Boyd, Stephen Boyd (Laura), Abigail Boyd, David Boyd, Michael Boyd (Megan), Mary Boyd, Jonathan Grady, Stephanie Nocella (Michael), Patrick Grady (Krista), Andrew Grady (Ashley), Anne Yossett (Travis), Jennie Edwards and Patricia Jensen (Ken); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Evangeline Boyd, Cynthea, Grayson, Lochlan, Tristan Nocella, Moxie, Oren Grady, Bailey Paskert, Asher, Jackson Yossett, Annie and Nathan Jensen; and her sister Barbara Stevens. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ankeny Baptist Church (2842 SW 3rd St Pl, Ankeny, IA 50023). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Jeromesville Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Ankeny Baptist Church Missions Fund and Faith Baptist Bible College & Theological Seminary.
