He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Ramsey and Joe Annie Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Kurt and Jean; his grandsons, Erik and Shane; his sisters, Janet Graef (Arlon) and Bettie Inez Glover (Ronnie); his sister-in-law Amy Kovach; and his nieces and nephews, Caitlyn Kovach, Eryn Graef Brochtrup, Stephenie Koerne, Joshua, Joe Corn, Kevin Glover, Justin, Corey and Tyler Graef.
