We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2024, at the age of 74, Anne Estelle Norris of Lowellville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Patricia Franklin and Richard Franklin; her in-laws, David II and Nancy; and her brother-in-law Kenny.
She is survived by : her husband David Norris III; her children, Kristine (Andrew Young), Jennifer (Chad Adams) and David (Laurie Nicoloff); her grandchildren, Tanner, Chase, Gabriel, Zachary, Elliott, Alexandra and Zachariah; her siblings, Katherine, Christopher, Richard, Charlie, Timmy, Laurie, Bill and Jan; and her nephews, Logan and Dylan. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
