With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Ragan Jr. of Lowellville, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on July 28, 2020 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Ragan and Donna Ragan (Triancco); his son Joseph P. Healey; and his brothers, David Ragan and Thomas.
He is survived by : his niece Paula Lee (Brandon); his great-nephews, Gavin and Garrett Lee; and his wife Monica. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces.
Due to COVID-19, the 6-foot rule will be honored, and we ask that all guests, whose health allows, wear a mask.
