He is survived by : his children, Tammy Shoemaker of Chillicothe, Michelle Uhrig (Jeff) of Chillicothe, Kevin Richards (Beth) of Chillicothe and James Richards (Angie); his siblings, Larry Richards (Debbie) and Bea London (Carl); and his sister-in-law Mary Richards. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
