He was predeceased by: his parents, James Norman Hughes, Sr. and Lula Belle Hughes (Hale); his brother Tony Martin Hughes; his nephew Logan Hughes; and his father-in-law John Jacobs.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer A. LeBar; his son James Kieseon Hughes (Kimberlee) of Kansas City, MO; his stepdaughter Michaela Alexis LeBar of Mission, KS; his sister-in-law Debbie Hughes; his niece Megan Hughes of Newbern, TN; his mother-in-law Nancy Jacobs of Luckey, OH; and his pets, Jack and Jester. He is also survived by Aunt, Uncle and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Faith United Methodist Church (111 Main St, Luckey, OH 43443).
