She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Frank Cz and Margaret Anne (Kalnasy); and her brother-in-law Leigh Mantell. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Charles Stafford; her sisters, Linda Mantell and Mary Ford (Jeff); her siblings' children, Michelle Bailey (Andrew), Kevin Ford, Stephen Mantell (Maura) and Matthew Mantell; and her great-nieces, Dagne and Della Mantell.
In lieu of flowers, Art requests that donations be sent either to the Madison Food Center, Madison Historical Society, Rabbit Run Theater, or Holy Cat Whiskers.
