She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Urban and Edna Urban. She is survived by: her children, K. Julie Claar (Ridenour), Jacqueline Mettler (Travis) and Anthony Russo; her siblings, Robert (Cheryl), Cynthia, Sandra and Beth Urban (Mike); and her grandchildren, Judah, Samuel Mettler, Gabriel, Christian Ridenour, Joseph Kay and Ashley Kay.
