He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Faverty and Edna Faverty; his wife Jackie Faverty; and his daughters, Barbara Sue Faverty and Lori Marie Faverty.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael John Faverty (Margene Fisher), Kevin David Faverty (Crystal) and Steven Christopher Faverty; his grandchildren, Maraih, Justin, Kairi, Faith, D'Shaun, Darrian, Kennedy and Carter; and his brother John Harvey Faverty (Katie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
