She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Smith and Beulah Sharp Smith; her husband Robert E. McPeak; and her siblings, Nancy Mills, Donald Smith and Edgar Nelson.

She is survived by : her children, Nancy Beth Conaway of Delaware, D. Steven Jackson of Chesterhill and R. Jeffrey McPeak of Lakewood, Ohio; her grandchildren, Aaron Jackson, Adam Jackson and Adessa Jackson; and her great grandchild Brennan Melvin.
