She is survived by: her husband Curtis Haynes; her children, Crystal McMillen (Jason), Cindy Holmes and William Haynes (Jen Bryant); her grandchildren, Dallas Pettet (Nash), Collin, Carlie Holmes, Ariel, Evan McMillen and Oliver Haynes; and her sisters, Tina Lee of Mansfield and Kathy Taska of Placentia, California. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
