Brell and Marsha Brell; her great grandchild Alex Brell; and her siblings, Darrell Horsley (Judee) of Nicholasville, KY, Ronnie Stevens Mansfield, Deanna Dyer of Firebrick, KY, Fonda Horsley of Louisville, KY, Patty Minor (Lee) of Mansfield and Tina Dunham of Mansfield.
