She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis Weaver and Ben Young; her sister Marge Weaver; and her brother-in-law William Frasher. She is survived by: her husband Robert Frasher; her children, Stephanie Ovens (Frasher) and James Frasher (Sue); her grandchildren, Jessica Tobias (Christopher), Ryan Frasher, Mason Collier and Abby Frasher; her great grandchildren, Owen and Olivia Tobias; her sister Benita Wiseman; and her sisters-in-law, Jody Frasher and Carolyn Vandine (Curt). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lexington Senior Center (67 E Main St, Mansfield, OH 44904).
