(Whipkey) Lozier (Mansfield, Ohio), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on July 29, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Whipkey and Myrtle V. Whipkey (Yoho); her husband Richard Lozier; her sons, Ronald Lozier, Craig Lozier and Bryan Lozier; and her siblings, Michael Whipkey, Billy Whipkey, Stella Whipkey, Leona Hollingsworth, Bob Whipkey and Helen Patterson.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Lozier, Barbara Webb (Randy), Chris Lozier and Ricky Lozier (Rhonda); and her siblings, Frances Whipkey, Albert Whipkey, Larrry Whipkey, Charles Whipkey (Susie) and Virginia Walls. She is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
