She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wentz and Mary Wentz (Metzger); her husband Kenneth Hazlett; her son Allan Hazlett; and her brother Robert Wentz.
She is survived by: her daughter Lois Stemple (Steven); her granddaughters, Heather Shelton (Anthony) and Trish Gruver (Rick); her great grandchildren, Raygan Gruver, Trevor Gray, Hunter Gray, Kimberly Shelton, Kayla Shelton, Kristen Samiliano (Javin) and Colton Shelton; and her great great grandchildren, Harmen and Kodah Samiliano.
If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Richland County in honor of Eva's love of animals.
