He is survived by: his significant other Denise Hagy; his sons, David and Doug Jacobs; his brothers, Henry Jacobs (Melody) and David Jacobs (Rebecca); his siblings' children, James, Mike, Charles Jacobs and Misty Jacobs; his cousin Matt Moore (Gena); his daughter Deborah Cochran; his nieces, Patty and Shirley; and his cousins, Jeremiah, Zechariah Griffith, Tabitha and Anthony Stidom. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
