She was predeceased by: her parents, George Carver and Jeanette Carver; her husband Dan Neel; and her son Rodney Neel. She is survived by: her children, Terri Evans (Dan), Doug Neel (Christina), Steve Neel (Kathy), Connie Henderson and Bernie Neel. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brother, George (Peggy), and sister.
