He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Holzworth and Mary Holzworth (Miller); and his brother Carl Holzworth (Dolly). He is survived by: his wife Myrna Long Holzworth; his children, Dave Holzworth (Ann) and Dureen Lamson (Bruce Hollar); his grandchildren, Brandon Holzworth (Jan), Michael Wells (Renea), Jeff Grundy (Shannon) and Jayme Grundy (Dawn); his great grandchildren, Austin, Sebastian, Christian, Payton, Taylor, Karsyn, Dylan, Alexis and Violet; and his siblings, Lawanda Brimm (Gene), Bill Holzworth (Barb), MaryAnn Gerich (Joe), Gary Holzworth (Teresa) and Teresa Currens (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
