He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Perkeybile and Billie Perkeybile (Arledge); and his wife Cindy Perkeybile. He is survived by: his daughters, Tara Moyer (David Jr) of Mansfield and Suzanne Gillum (Jason Boggs) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Shawn Gillum, Bryce Gillum, Micah Gillum, Dawsen Morgan and Kyle Gillum; and his brothers, Robert Perkeybile (Cheryl) of Fort Recovery, OH and Richard Perkeybile (Paige) of Mansfield. He is also survived by four nieces; four great-nephews; one great-niece; and several cousins.
