She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brooks and Liddie Brooks (Bevens); her husband Ora C. Webb; her siblings, Amos, Charles, Rusty, Bill Brooks, Edith Mallory and Nancy Johnson; her son Michael Webb; and her great grandchild Devon Sickle.

She is survived by: her children, Joyce Maynor (Jim Boyd) of Mansfield and Randy Webb (Barb) of Mississippi; her siblings, Harry Lee Brooks (Opal) of Kentucky, Wendell Brooks (Helen) of Kentucky, Shirley Hale of Kentucky, Annie Gray (Jay) of Kentucky and Nowanna Bisotti (Virgil) of Kentucky; her close friends, Jeannine Cross, Kathy Reardon and Annette Dessecker; and also, Daisy and Gracie. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
