He was predeceased by : his sister Joyce (Patricia). He is survived by : his children, Keith, Kraig (Devon), Todd (Meredith) and Audrey; his grandchildren, Dominic, Dylan, Zackary, Gavin and Jaxson; his siblings, Jeanie, Dale (Karen), Holly (Larry) and Hope (Steven); his nephew Thomas; and his close friend Barbara.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in memory of Allen to Gardens of Western Reserve Home Care & Hospice, 3792 State Rd., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223.
