She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Budzik and Anne Budzik (Scaraville); and her husband John M. "Woodi" Wood. She is survived by: her children, Dale Kotrilk, Jr. (Glenn Goldney) of Sagamore Hills and Justin Kotrlik of Mantua; and her siblings, Jimmy Smith (Kathy) of Madison, Johnny Smith (Lora) of Dunedin, Gayle Moore (Jim) of Streetsboro, Sharon Twardzik (Al) of Strongsville and Janet Humphrey (Rick) of North Olmsted. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and other family members.
