It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremy Earl Heiss of Marietta, Ohio, who passed away on May 23, 2025, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jeremy Earl leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Donivan Heiss; and also Tara Lightfritz. He is survived by: his parents, Tim Heiss and Erica Heiss; his siblings, Mikayla, Mikinzi Heiss (Bradyn) and Kevin Heiss; his niece Katherine; his nephew Beaumont; and his grandparents, Rick, Karen Caseman and Fay Heiss. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home - East Lawn Chapel (27880 OH-7, Marietta, OH 45750). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
