It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vivian Gay Davis of Marietta, Ohio, born in Austin, Texas, who passed away on February 3, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ivan Matthew and Gloria Bay Ballard Smitley, Sr.; her daughter Barbara Rae Hart; and her siblings, Darrel and Mary Alice.

She is survived by : her siblings, Ivan, Philip, Matt, Karen, Rae, Alesia and Gina.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Humane Society of the Ohio Valley, 90 Mt. Tom Road, Marietta 45750, as she loved animals and wanted all to have homes.
