She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Chance and Ardena Chance (Pryor); and her siblings, Robert "Bobby" Chance, Danny Chance, David Chance, Mildred Hargile and Ruth Ann Chance.

She is survived by: her daughter Tabitha Adkins (Darrell) of Marion; and her sister Roberta Scully (Frank) of Crestline.
