She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Eckard; and her siblings, Kenny, Leroy, Bob, Jimmy Blair, Rose Christian, Shirley Waddell and Janice Johnson.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Eckard (Carol) and Teddy Eckard; her brothers, Leo Blair, Tim Blair (Peg) and Dewayne Blair; and her grandchildren, Brandon Eckard (Lindsay), Brooke Hook (Chris), Ashley Eckard, Zachary Eckard and Josh Eckard. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
