It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Marie Van Horne (Martins Ferry, Ohio), who passed away on August 17, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottie Secoy and Louise Secoy (Perkins). She is survived by: her husband Bill Van Horne; her son Todd W. Fullerton (Penny) of Glen Dale, WV; her stepdaughter Linda Van Horne Ellis (Robert) of Surprise, AZ; her grandchildren, Jaclyn M. Fullerton of Wheeling, WV and Jacob W. Fullerton (Caroline); her great grandchild Jack L. Fullerton (Jayme M. Mumley) of Lewisburg, WV; her sister Edith Pappas of Elyria, OH; her stepgranddaughter Tina Hasher (Ryan); and her sibling's children, Michaelene Reiser, Steve Pappas (Lorel), Thomas Rinkes (Patti) and David Rinkes.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to one of the libraries mentioned or to the donor's choice in memory of Gladys.
