We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2020, at the age of 70, Kathy Samuel (Martins Ferry, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hughy E. Jones and Ruth J. Jones (Woods). She is survived by: her daughters, Stacy Kobuchi (Mark) of Washington, PA and Shawn Lathem of Martins Ferry; and her sister Doris Snyder (Lenny) of Martins Ferry. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
