He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Wagener; and his uncle Wilbur Wagener. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Wagener (Morgan); his daughters, Darla Rae Miller (Chris) of Martins Ferry and Jody Hill (Charles) of St. Clairsville; and his stepchildren, Pamela Anglin (Ron) of Georgia and William Bratton of Martins Ferry. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
