He was predeceased by: his father Billy Joe Moore; his grandparents, Oscar, Clara Collier, Tom and Rosa Moore; his niece Dana Woodruff; and his mother-in-law Norma Lee Robb.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie W. Robb Moore; his mother Barbara Collier Moore of North Lewisburg; his stepson Adam Crooks of Marysville; his stepgrandson Dakota Crooks; his siblings, Sheryl Woodruff (Michael) of West Liberty, Bill Moore (Gayle) of North Lewisburg and Nancy Moseley (Lawrence) of Zanesfield; and his parents-in-law, Tim Perkins (Nancy) of Marysville, Charles Robb of Marysville, Betty Frame (AJ) of Salesville, Berlene Roe (Kevin) of Salesville, Brenda Reed (Wayne) of Radnor and Barbara Polsley (Steve) of Urbana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
