It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Avonelle Conley Phelps of Marysville, Ohio, born in Swamp Branch, Kentucky, who passed away on November 26, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Conley and Frankie Pelphrey Conley; her brothers, Murvel, Marvin and William "Hub" Conley; and her nephews, Larry and Richard "Rusty" Conley.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Amelia "Cookie" Beckstedt of Troy, Cindy Morse (Kim) of Troy, Ohio and Brad Conley (Jodie) of Marysville, Ohio. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and great nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
