She is survived by: her parent Ruth Stanforth (Thompson); her children, Troy Blake (Donna) of Lima, Mark Blake (Tammy) of Harrod and Brian Smith (Elizabeth) of Vermont; her grandchildren, Samantha, Beau, Liam, Oliver and Sophia; her great grandchildren, Leon and Archer; and her siblings, Patricia Trout (Dick) of Marysville, Pam O'Ross of Richwood and Roger Stanforth (Pam) of Arizona.
