He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wenger and Edith Brown Wenger; and his wife Jane Ann Hobbs Wenger. He is survived by: his children, Steve Wenger (Yvette), Gayla Wenger (Wendy Monnin) and Kim Wenger (Cathy Koch); and his siblings, Fred Wenger and Betty Clark. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
In Charlie's memory, contributions may be made to the Pheasants Forever Association or Loving Care Hospice in care of Ingram Funeral Home, who is handling arrangements.
