He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter F. Moore and Geneva B. Moore (Turner); his son Donald Moore, Jr.; his sister Marilyn Bendler; his nephew Ronald Parker; his in-laws, Richard "Ted" and Kathryn Bolenbaugh; and his brothers-in-law, Richard "Dickie" Bolenbaugh II and Kevin Bolenbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Moore (Bolenbaugh); his daughter Patrichia James (Stephan "Butch"); his grandchildren, Tyler James (Melanie), David Moore and Madilyn Taylor (Aaron); his great grandchild Adilyn Taylor; his stepgranddaughters, Audra Anderson and Emilyne Anderson; his sisters-in-law, Patti Bolenbaugh and Karla Bolenbaugh; and his sibling's children, Robert Parker, Richard Bolenbaugh III (Wendy), Daniel Bolenbaugh (Angela) and Angela Randall (Tony).
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, in care of the funeral home.
