With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Doyle Glenn Painter Jr. (Marysville, Ohio), born in Columbus, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Painter, and Anna Louise Painter, Sr. (Baker); his daughter Brenda Painter; his grandsons, Jason and Garret Winter; and his siblings, Barney, Tommy, Jerry Painter and Karen Painter.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Painter (Carpenter) of Marysville; his daughters, Diana Paxton (Bob) of Carlsband, CA and Linda Slifko (James) of Zanesfield; his granddaughters, Stephanie Coffman (Kienan) and Caprice VanArsdale (Adamah); his great grandchildren, Kurt Winter and Paxton Coffman; and his siblings, Marie Turner of Gahanna, Ralph Painter of Thornville, Jeannie Hughes of Columbus and Russell Painter of Hilliard. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A reception was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home, Mannasmith Chapel (621 W 5th St, Marysville, OH 43040).
