She is survived by: her parent Opal Cummings (Kaylor); her spouse Lewis Smith; her children, Jim Smith (Sharon) of Mississippi, Fred Smith (Arthena) of Marysville, Dan Smith (Melinda) of Broadway and Sam Smith of Mt; and her siblings, Virginia Quay of Mt, Richard Cummings (Marlene) of Mt and Rody Cummings of Blackfoot, ID. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 34 great great grandchildren.
