He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Allen and Elizabeth M. Allen (Musick); his wife Pam; his son Dustin R. Allen; and his siblings, Sharon, Kathy and Johnny Ray.
He is survived by : his daughter Christi; his son-in-law Rob Barnes of Bellefontaine; and his grandchildren, Riley, Dylan and Delaney. He is also survived by several extended family members and dear friends.
