He was predeceased by : his parents, Gladys V. Bump and Bright. He is survived by : his wife Rita; his children, Steve Bump (Kelly) of Marysville, Jackie Otto (Greg) of Defiance and Kristi Mullaney (Mike) of Raymond; and his stepchildren, Laura Schultz (Troy) of Ostrander and Mark Poling (Lisa) of Lenoir. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews.

In Gail's memory, contributions may be made to the Union County Humane Society, 16540 County Home Rd., Marysville, or Ohio Hospice in care of the funeral home.
