He was predeceased by: his mother Nina L. Cook Sr. (Hatfield); and his brother-in-law Bill Wampler. He is survived by: his father George L. Cook; his children, Alyssa Monnin (Nick), Devin Cook (Sarah), Colton Cook (Hayley) and Jayden Deardorf; his grandchildren, Layla, Tiler, Ava and Collins; his daughter Crystal A. Wallace; his siblings, Angie Baldwin, Ben Cook and Phil Cook; and his pet Apollo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ingram & Snyder Funeral Home (975 N Maple St, Marysville, OH 43040).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family with unexpected expenses.
