He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Lou Stump Shockey; his daughter Nancy Ann Shockey Burchett; and his brother Charles William Shockey. He is survived by: his children, Terri Bowen of Marysville and Tom Shockey (Angela) of Milford Center; his grandchildren, Jason Parkison, Tabitha Wilson and Zak Burchett (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Zayne Parkison, Lilly Ann, Benjamin Wilson and Annabelle Burchett; and his sister Norman Jean Breece of Delaware. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
