She was predeceased by : her father Jack Bart Cohagen; her grandparents, Ronnie, Lavinda Cohagen and Chic Johnson; and her uncle Jim Cohagen.

She is survived by : her mother Diana Cohagen of Marysville; her brother Aaron Cohagen of Columbus; her grandmother Norma Johnson of Florida; her uncle Steve Johnson (Jan) of Florida; and her cousin Chelsea Cohagen of Columbus.
