He was predeceased by: his wife Imelda M. Heintzman; his sister Dorothy Caudill; and his parents, Dorothy Heintzman (Simonson) and John Heintzman. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Cramer (Jay), Rob Heintzman (Tina) and Julie Phillips; his grandchildren, Logan, Griffin and Preston; and his siblings, Mary Lou Mansfield, Don Heintzman, Lois Hughes, Tom Heintzman and Joni Hamm.
